Sales Associate/Realtor

We are always looking for talented, full time licensed sales  associates to join our real estate family. Whether brand new to the real  estate field or bringing experience, the most critical piece is that  you connect with our mission and core values. We are committed to helping you succeed. And we want you to be part of our company's success too.  

If we determine you are the right  fit in our teams' network, you will be mentored directly by our Broker and have individual access and training from our President, Paul Kaplan.

Here's what we're looking for:

1. Be self-driven and a HARD worker-  this is NOT an easy job, nor is it 9-5.

2.  A dedication to helping people buy and sell homes, and lots of them.

3.  Be a people person-  you're going to be working with people every day!  A sense of humor goes a long way.

4.  Answer these questions:  Where do you see your future business coming from?  How do you plan on generating new business?  What are your  business goals for the year? for five years?  

Responsibilities  include calling and prospecting for business (although  we have lots of  leads for you too), learning how to follow up with  clients,  showing property,  becoming an expert in the Palm Springs area  marketplace, writing contracts, negotiating and closing deals.


Inside Sales Agent

The main duties of the Inside Sales Agent (ISA) include

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc.
  • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client & lead databases
  • Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set

  • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.
