Modernism Week’s signature February festival will take place February 13 - 23, 2025, highlighting midcentury modern architecture, art, interior design, landscape design, and vintage culture in the Palm Springs area of Southern California. The annual 11-day festival will feature more than 500 tours, programs and events.  And we're ready to show off our town here at The Paul Kaplan Group.  This is your yearly chance to immerse yourself in the history, architecture, fashion, and culture of this iconic era, with so many events covering everything from home tours and vintage car shows to film screenings and educational talks.
