Over the years I have agonized over the hassles and obstacles that come with buying houses. John's process and guidance were exceptional.  I particularly appreciated his in-depth knowledge for anticipating potential roadblocks which he solved before they became frustrating problems.  And all of this from a distance of two time zones!!

I met Sara Swanson [of the Paul Kaplan Group] through a friend who was shopping to buy.  I instantly loved how professional Sara was in her business.  She really has a grasp on the locations and inventory.  She was not pushy but sincere.  When I decided to sell my condo, I contacted Sara.  It was a quick sale.  She was very helpful in all areas as I live out of town.  I would absolutely suggest to anyone looking to have Sara help them find their Palm Springs home.  And if selling, Sara will handle it efficiently and with ease.

We were among Michael's first clients about 25 years ago when he sold us our first home in Coachella Valley up in Cathedral Canyon Cove. He was so astute at zeroing in on exactly what we were looking for that it only made since to continue using him for our real estate needs.

After that he sold us a condo in Mountain Shadows and shortly thereafter sold to friends of ours from Northern California a condo at that same location. Then he found 39 Pueblo Vista and while we didn't think we were looking for a second condo, he knew we would love it immediately once we saw it. Later he sold our Mountain Shadow condo for us.

When ready to buy a regular home about 15 years ago, he brought us to the Villages at Rio Del Sol and sold us a lovely home at that location in which we now reside. And, as you are aware, he just recently sold our Pueblo Vista Drive condo.
