The desert oasis of Palm Springs is about to be pulsating with the vibrant spirit of mid-century modern design as Modernism Week October 2024 kicks off, October 24-27 2024 .  And we're ready to show off our town here at The Paul Kaplan Group.  This legendary festival in February, also features a preview festival in October,  is your chance to immerse yourself in the history, architecture, fashion, and culture of this iconic era, with  so many events covering everything from home tours and vintage car shows to film screenings and educational talks.
